All of these technologies alter the participant’s outdoor experience for the better as without them the participant would die. These new types of technology in parachutes, suits etc. are what make it possible for BASE jumping to be even completed. This shows that we need all kinds of people in this world because without people like Carl Boenish and Phil Smith BASE jumping would still be something very dangerous. Many great people found something they loved and worked to make it better, safer and all round more enjoyable which is why this technology really makes BASE jumping better. All these people only wanted to fly, and now they can.
